PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Agreement defines the procedure for processing and protection of information about individuals using the services of the website https://drawndress.ru (hereinafter – Users).

The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure, in accordance with the norms and provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

By acceding to this Agreement and leaving their data on the Site https://drawndress.ru (hereinafter – the Site), by filling in the fields of any online forms, the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data and their transfer to the operators of personal data processing: LLC “B29” (Address: 394018, Voronezh, 29B Taranchenko St. pom 6/1), which owns the Site, under the following conditions:

1. The user acknowledges that all data provided by him/her are his/her own.

2. The User confirms and acknowledges that he/she has carefully and fully read the Agreement and the terms and conditions of processing his/her personal data indicated by him/her in any fields of the online forms of https://drawndress.ru, the text of the Agreement and the terms and conditions of processing personal data are clear to him/her.

3. The User consents to the processing by the Site of personal data provided as part of the information for the purposes of conclusion of this Agreement between the User and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution.

4. The User gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data, namely the performance of the actions stipulated in para. 3 ч. 1 part 1 of Art. 3 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.

5. The User agrees to the terms and conditions of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

This Consent of the User is recognized to be executed in a simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data:

• last name, first name, middle name;
• born;
• of the place of stay (city, region);
• residential addresses;
• delivery addresses of the goods;
• phone numbers;
• e-mail addresses.

The User grants https://drawndress.ru/ the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data:

• collection and accumulation;
• storage for the period of storage of reports established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date of termination of use of services by the User;
• clarification (update, change);
• Utilization;
• annihilation;
• depersonalization;
• transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

The said consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be withdrawn by the User by submitting an application to the administration of the site specifying the data defined in Art. 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”. 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be done by the User by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address mail@drawndress.ru.

The site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new edition of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.
